Starting in the vibrant metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City, the journey heads north through lush highlands and misty mountain passes to the enchanting valleys of Sapa. From there, the route descends through the rice-terraced valleys of northern Vietnam, tracing the mighty Mekong River into tranquil Luang Prabang, Laos—a UNESCO-listed gem of golden temples and colonial charm. Winding south, our crews traverse remote jungle roads, ancient Khmer ruins, and traditional villages before entering Cambodia’s coastal belt, where tropical beaches and quiet fishing towns await.
